Our Cabinet and Door Process

Label and remove doors, drawer fronts, and hardware so every surface can be finished properly. Degrease thoroughly, because kitchen grease is the number one cause of finish failure. Sand all surfaces to give the primer something to grip. Fill grain, dings, and old hardware holes where you want them gone, then sand smooth. Prime and apply finish coats in controlled, thin passes for a smooth, hard surface.

Plan for cure time. Cabinet finishes are dry to the touch quickly but keep hardening for days. We will tell you when to reload the cabinets and when it is safe to close doors fully so nothing sticks.
